AAETS is an Official Event of the Korean Ministry of Land Infrastructure and Transport (MoLIT) and will bring together the Korean partners in the Aviation Human Resources Fostering Project with international subject matter experts and suppliers of education and training capability and simulation and training equipment.
The Korean air transport industry is forecast to grow at 6.9% in the coming years. This includes rapid growth within the Low Cost Carrier sector to supplement the current and future needs. Driven by increasing demand for air transport MOLIT has invited Halldale to produce an event in Seoul on the 7th and 8th March 2018 for the purpose of bringing in international subject matter experts and suppliers of training capacity, and simulation and training equipment to meet current and future demand for trained
personnel and long-term partnerships to develop training capability in South Korea.
The areas of need identified include maintainers, cabin crew, pilots, ATM and security personnel.
